Of course, you are still free to travel and play exactly the way you want, but the pointer will let you know the fastest way to getting your goals accomplished.

Zygor has several guides available. There are guides to purely leveling up your character, as well as guides to getting reputation points with the various factions in the World of Warcraft universe. There are even specific guides showing exactly how to gain levels in professions.

The Zygor Guides are written by professionals that know the World of Warcraft game inside and out. What might take you days to figure out on your own, they show you how to do in hours. They are also constantly updating their guides to reflect the real content of the game. When a new patch comes out that alters certain quests or changes gameplay, they quickly update their guide so that you will never get lost with outdated information.

PROS:
The in-game waypoint system makes even the longest quests simple and straight-forward.

As you get multiple quests in your queue, the guide automatically makes its suggestions as efficient as possible, so that you can fulfill many quests at the same time.

CONS:
You will need to purchase each guide individually. The best guide for leveling your character will need to be purchased separately from the guide on leveling faction reputation points.

It might make the game less immersive to have all the plots for each quest laid out. Some like to explore and figure everything out on their own.
