Beginners Guide Muscle Building

The way you start your muscle building campaign can be one of the most crucial factors that determine if you will succeed in your goal to get ripped and get the six pack abs you have been dreaming about for a long time. Unless you are super motivated then you need to have a good positive start combined with realistic expectations early on. Later on once you start to see real results, these will act as an incentive on their own to continue with your muscle building program.

You may have tried and failed in the past and this is usually down to the fact you did not prepare yourself and plan your campaign properly in the beginning. Therefore I have put together a guide for beginners that should give you that initial push and boost to get you started in the right manner:

beforeafter

Your Body – Visit Your Doctor and/or a Dietician

I would advise you to go and visit your physician and get a full physical done to analyze your physical condition. Once complete, your doctor should be able to provide information on any weakness and strengths you should be aware of before you start building muscles. This should help you avoid any potential injuries or strain as you will find out which parts of your body may be sustainable to injuries and which parts you can go all out with confident in the fact that your body can handle the strain.

It is also a good idea to go and see a dietician who will be able to help you construct a customized food and nutrition plan based on your body type and muscle building objectives. Consuming the right kind of foods is essential for individuals looking to build muscles.

Exercise – Register at your local Gym or get a Personal trainer

We are all different and as such have different types of motivating factors that help us to achieve our goals. Fore example, some people are able to build muscles at home using just their own personal equipment. Others may prefer to join a gym where they are surrounded by others with similar body building goals. There are also those individuals who are motivated by having a friend with whom they can workout with together.

People with the extra disposable income can even take a step further and hire their very own personal trainer. Your personal trainer will be able to put together a personalized nutrition and exercise plan while also giving you the daily motivation you may need. The personal trainer would also keep a progress chart and ensure you stay on course and do not deviate from the plan.

Nutrition – Follow a healthy dietary plan

What you eat will have a significant impact on weather you build the kind of muscles you are seeking. You need to eat the right kind of foods that is balanced and consists of a lot of energy boosting nutrients. The best practice is for you to consume small meals at regular intervals every day. So you need to be aware that eating the right meals whilst undergoing your training regime is crucial if you want to get ripped.

During the process of trying to gain six pack abs, it is important to have a diet plan that is both balanced and composed of energy packed foods that enhance the muscle building process. It is recommended that you eat smaller, regular meals which enable you to maintain a steady weight whilst at the same time your body stays energized by getting exactly what it needs. You need to do yourself a favor by realizing that getting those six pack abs requires a combination of body building and healthy diet.

Finally

All of the above may not be ideal for everyone as it may be expensive in some countries to get a physical checkup but highly advisable if you have any niggling doubts about your physical condition. Some people may not be able to see a dietician due to the costs involved and may need to carry out their own research and build their own diet plan.
